About the Job
Randall's Restaurant is looking for a Busser to join our experienced front-of-house staff.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area to support servers and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Clearing tables, resetting them with clean linens and silverware, refilling water glasses, and assisting servers as needed.
- They ensure the dining area remains clean and presentable by wiping down tables, removing spills, sweeping floors, and emptying trash.
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the dining room by polishing silverware, cleaning glassware, and ensuring the dining area is tidy.
- Communicate with management and all other service staff effectively.
Qualifications:
- Our ideal candidate is well organized, can work well within a team, and is used to a fast-paced environment.
- The position is part-time and includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience is not necessary, and training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment.
- Must be professional and positive and have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
- Working with a sense of urgency is required.
- A clean and neat appearance is a must.
- Must be fluent in the English language.
- Must be 16 years old.
- Ability to stand/be on your feet for 5+ hours.
Work Setting:
- The position is part-time.
- Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4:00 pm on).
- Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours.
- Holiday availability is both expected and essential for consideration.
