About the Job:
Randall's Restaurant is looking for an experienced fine-dining Bartender/Mixologist to join our high-volume bar.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create exceptional beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve all menu courses.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an outstanding guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Ability and desire to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have the ability to work well under pressure with servers, bussers, and other staff.
- Must have excellent knowledge of wine and liquor service, display creativity with cocktails, and enjoy interacting with guests.
- Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced fine dining environment is required for consideration.
- The position is part-time nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- Must have fine dining experience, provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have the ability to carry heavy trays of food and serve our bar guests in a timely manner.
- A positive attitude and ability to move quickly under pressure with FOH and BOH staff.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to stand for 5+ hours and lift heavy trays of food.
Work Setting:
- Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4:00 pm till close).
- Easy drive from anywhere in the Lehigh Valley
- Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours.
- Holiday availability is both expected and essential for consideration.
